COSTAS VITTIS

Born and raised in Athens, Costas Vittis took up the camera in early 80’s and begun his formal training in photography while he was studying at The National Technical University of Athens (1983-1989).

Attempting to understand the body language, in most of his photographs his intention is to “capture” human emotions.

In early 90’s he presented his new work in choreography and characters driven drama of theatrical performances which influenced deeply his approach to human nature.

Since 1986 he has worked in editorials for Greek and international publications such as Elle, Marie Claire and Vogue. He lives and works in Athens as a fashion photographer in editorials and advertising.
